The Broussard Racing Team has accomplished many successes since making their debut two years ago. With a dedicated team by his side, Fred Broussard Jr has grown in popularity with fans and sponsors and has received many invitations from other tracks as well as a generous offer to join a very well established Pro Stock Team. Broussard Racing would like to thank their family, fans and many sponsors for their support through out the race season.
The green flag tells us that the race, has officially started, drivers may begin racing.
Flag:Blue Flag
Signal:Move Over
Indicates that a lead lap car is approaching and the car being flagged is to move to the top of the track out of the way.
Flag:Yellow Flag
Signal:Caution
It tells drivers to slow down and hold current positions until further notice. The yellow flag indicates that there has been an accident, track has been partially blocked or unsafe. The yellow flag will remain out until the officials have determined that it is safe to continue the race.
Flag:Red
Signal:Stop Racing
The red flag indicates that all drivers must come to a safe and immediate stop. No driver should exit their vehicle at this time. This condition allows officials and emergency personnel to react safely to the current situation.
Flag:Black Flag
Signal:Leave the Track
This flag tells the driver to pull into the pits on the next lap. It is often called the disqualification flag, but it doesn't necessarily mean disqualification. An official may only need to consult with the driver for a variety of reasons (loose part, fluid leak, etc.)
Flag:Crossed Flags
Signal:Halfway Mark
Crossed flags idicate that the race has reached the halfway point. Note: The starter (flagman) may use a combination of any flags.
Flag:White Flag
Signal:One Remaining Lap
Indicates that there is one lap remaining in the race. This is the final lap.
